Western Cape, KnysnaMonthly Cost To Company (Market related)Our client in the Construction Industry, based in Knysna, is looking to employ a Junior Foreman.This position would be ideal for a candidate who has recently graduated with a Construction qualification and is seeking an opportunity to gain experience in the Construction industry OR a candidate without a qualification, but has many years experience in a similar role.Requirements:
- Must have obtained a Construction qualification.
- Must be able to understand and interpret building plans.
- Must be well presented.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be pro-active, willing to learn and be able to take constructive criticism.
- Responsible for meeting with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Responsible for planning to achieve effective running of the construction site.
- Responsible for problem-solving on site.
