Junior Finishing Foreman
Job Description
The purpose and role of a Jnr finishing Foreman is to ensure supervisory responsibilities over workers & subcontractors for the delivery of finishing & specialist packages of the project safely, on time, within budget and snag free, responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising site operatives, organise site teams, control construction activities related to finishing trade elements of the project, responsible for placing of material, coordinating & implementation companies SHE procedures & policies, ensure implementation of the companies QMS procedures & policies, ensure that a quality product is achieved according to project specifications and good building practice. All these functional are to be carried out under the guidance, mentoring & management for his/her supervisor. Will be required to do work within your abilities from time to time that is outside the as detailed above.
Key Performance Areas
Ensure Overall Implementation and Maintenance of HSE measures in the workplace
Taking Complete Responsibility & Accountability for the overall quality compliance of all areas under his/her control
Executes the project plan and programme
Drives the construction process on site
Supervisors workforce, people development and healthy industrial relations
Academic Qualification
Grade 10
Occupational Health and Safety Course
Years of Experience
5 Years + Technical experience
Professional Registration and Statutory appointment
Statutory Appointment 8(7) Construction Supervisor
