Job Description
Our client, a large construction company with offices across South Africa, is looking for a Finishing Foreman to join their growing team in Durban!
What you will need:
xc2xb7 Occupational Health and Safety Course
xc2xb7 10 Years + Technical Experience
xc2xb7 3 Years + Managerial Experience
Your responsibilities will include:
xc2xb7 Plan, implement and manage construction tasks and activities in accordance with priorities and goals
xc2xb7 Manage and monitor labour and subcontractors performance and attendance
xc2xb7 Produce 2 weekly program and resource schedules in line with project program
xc2xb7 Adhere to relevant safety regulations
xc2xb7 Implementation of QCP inspections and checklist sign off's
