Senior Finishing Foreman – Construction & Property Development

Job Description
A respected and dynamic property development and construction group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Finishing Foreman to lead the finishing phase of a major development in Cape Town. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in delivering high-end finishes on large-scale projects.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years experience in finishing supervision on large residential or commercial developments
- Strong quality control skills and a meticulous eye for detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain productivity
- Proficient in interpreting finishing schedules and technical drawings
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Supervise all finishing trades including painting, ceilings, joinery, tiling, and final fit-offs
- Coordinate subcontractors to maintain workflow and meet programme deadlines
- Conduct regular quality inspections and enforce company finishing standards
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays
- Report progress and challenges to Site and Project Management
- Valid driver's license
- Salary: negotiable.
