Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of
2 years' experience
in a finance or accounting role, preferably within payment solutions or financial services.
Skills & Personal Competencies
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with financial systems, ERP platforms, or accounting software.
Attention to Detail:
High level of accuracy when handling financial data and documentation.
Organisational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication; able to engage professionally with team members, vendors, and clients.
Problem-Solving:
Proactive approach to identifying issues, analysing problems, and recommending effective solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities
Process all payouts accurately and on time, following established procedures to ensure funds are released to customers efficiently.
Conduct fraud monitoring prior to processing payouts to protect the business from fraudulent and money-laundering activities.
Identify potential fraud risks and conduct investigations when required.
Attend to chargebacks promptly to minimise financial loss and mitigate risk.
Liaise with third parties (e.g., banks, payment partners, vendors) to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve queries.
* Support the finance team with administrative duties and assist in daily financial tasks.
