Junior Facilities Manager
to help us maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for our people and visitors.
This is a great opportunity for someone ready to grow in the world of facilities and operations, working closely with senior leadership and external service providers to keep our spaces operating at their best.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assist in coordinating repairs, maintenance, and servicing of the building and office equipment
Support health & safety compliance, including routine checks and risk assessments
Liaise with cleaning, security, and maintenance vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery
Manage facilities documentation, maintenance logs, and service schedules
Help organise office moves, workstation setups, and inventory of furniture/equipment
Monitor and order essential supplies (consumables, stationery, cleaning materials)
Act as the first point of contact for staff regarding facilities-related issues or requests What We're Looking For:
2 years+ experience in a facilities, office management, or operations support role
Good understanding of health & safety standards
Strong organisation and multitasking skills
Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach
Comfortable using MS Office and ideally familiar with facilities or asset-tracking tool
