Job Summary
Are you passionate about sustainability and energy innovation? A leading property group is seeking a Junior Energy Engineer to support the implementation of energy efficiency and small-scale embedded generation (SSEG) solutions across a diverse property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct energy audits and performance analysis to identify efficiency and renewable energy opportunities.
- Assist in developing and executing sustainable energy initiatives.
- Monitor and report on project performance using various platforms and systems.
- Support project documentation, service provider management, and clean energy registrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive sustainability goals.
- 2-3 years of experience in energy efficiency and/or SSEG projects.
- B-Tech or B-Eng in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (compulsory).
- Strong knowledge of utility tariffs, embedded generation, and energy systems.
- Advanced Excel skills and solid communication abilities.
- ECSA registration, CEM certification, and financial modelling experience are advantageous.
