To be considered for this role, youll need a minimum BTech degree (Advanced Diploma) in Cost and Management Accounting or similar relevant qualification, plus 3 - 5 years of experience (FMCG environment preferred).

What will you be up to in this position? Youll ensure the accuracy and integrity of all documentation and reports by preparing and providing precise information. Compliance with company policies and procedures is paramount, and youll play a crucial role in upholding these standards.

Your duties will also involve reporting and analysing variances, which requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to addressing discrepancies. Additionally, youll be entrusted with the supervision of staff, demonstrating strong leadership skills to guide and support your team effectively

Key performance areas include conducting in-depth variance analysis and reporting, managing product costing, overseeing financial administration and reporting processes, contributing to monthly forecasts, and actively participating in the development and management of annual budgets. Your commitment to these responsibilities will contribute significantly to the overall success and financial stability!
