The successful candidate will be responsible for cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making within the manufacturing sector.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Professional accounting qualification
- Proven experience as a Cost and Management Accountant in a manufacturing setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems
- Analyze cost variances and provide recommendations for improvement
- Prepare budgets and forecasts for manufacturing operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost-efficiency
