Junior Citrus Production Manager required in Worcester.

The applicant will report to the Unit Manager and be responsible for managing an approximately 160-hectare production unit, including all aspects of establishment, production, labour, packhouse, and quality management. Maintenance management and general farm administration. Disease and pest control. Fertilisation and irrigation management (pump house and electronic systems). Citrus harvesting
Requirements:
Energetic, hardworking, self-motivated individual with a passion for citrus, supported by a proven track record of at least 2 years' relevant practical and technical experience in citrus cultivation. Ability to function under pressure and apply sound, rational decision-making. Good interpersonal skills with above-average communication abilities at all levels. Thorough knowledge of all cultivation practices related to citrus. Computer literate. A relevant tertiary qualification in agriculture. * Sound knowledge of fertilisation and irrigation practices; experience with ultra-low flow systems will be advantageous.
