We're looking for a curious, motivated, and hands-on Junior Chemist to join our growing team at our Centurion office. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate who wants more than a lab bench, someone who wants to learn, create, and grow while developing products that are used every day.

If you're passionate about chemistry, love problem-solving, and want exposure to both product development and quality systems, this role is for you.

As a Junior Chemist, you'll be involved in the full lifecycle of product development, including:

Developing and improving personal care products (hair, skin, hygiene)

Formulating professional and commercial cleaning products

Assisting with lab trials, testing, and scale-up

Supporting the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS)

Helping with documentation, specifications, and batch records

Working closely with production, procurement, and management

Participating in continuous improvement and innovation projects
You'll gain hands-on experience in a real manufacturing environment - not just theory.

We're ideally looking for a young graduate who brings energy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

Minimum requirements:

A Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

A strong interest in formulation science

A practical, problem-solving mindset

Good attention to detail and organisation skills

Clear communication and a positive attitude
Nice to have (but not essential):

Internship or lab experience

Exposure to ISO, GMP, or quality systems

Interest in personal care or cleaning products
No industry experience? No problem, we'll train you.
