Junior chef - chocolatier

Sandton

To assist in the production of quality fresh line products according to Brands standards, assist in the presentation and selling of products to the public. Assist in the facilitation of classes to Chocolate enthusiasts and in offering them the experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the Production of Fresh line products for Studio resale
  • Assist with the facilitation of classes when required
  • Assist with the setup of classes
  • Assist with making sure all equipment and ingredients are available for class setup
  • Record quantity of products used in the production of fresh produce
  • Assisting customers in the boutique if and when required
  • Assist with the cleaning of the Studio after classes take place
  • Assisting with the recording of stock levels
  • Assist with or complete when required the Cash up and banking of the boutique in the absence of Chocolate Advisor
Requirements:
  • Be able to work Flexible hours if and when required
  • Have a keen interest in the Chocolate Confectionery industry
  • Passion for interacting and working with people
  • Producing outstanding quality of work
  • Be well-spoken and neatly presented at all times
  • Be a brand ambassador
  • Have outstanding Verbal Communication skills
  • Be able to work independently and mostly without supervision
  • Be able to function well under pressure
