Lindt & Sprxc3xbcngli (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd (Lindt SA) started operations in May 2011 and forms part of the Lindt & Sprxc3xbcngli group of companies. With more than 150 employees, Lindt SA is based in Cape Town with strong regional presence in Johannesburg, Durban and Port Elizabeth and a network of 14 Lindt retail stores.

Today, quality chocolate products by Lindt & Sprxc3xbcngli are made at 12 owned production sites in Europe and the USA. The products are distributed by 28 subsidiary companies and branch offices, in around 500 Lindt shops and cafxc3xa9s, and also via a comprehensive network of more than 100 independent distributors around the globe.

Position Purpose

To assist in the production of quality fresh line products according to Lindtxe2x80x99s standards, assist in the presentation and selling of products to the public. Assist in the facilitation of classes to Chocolate enthusiasts and in offering them the Lindt experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the Production of Fresh line products for Studio resale
• Assist with the facilitation of classes when required
• Assist in the facilitation of the Lindt Difference introduction to interested customers
• Assist with the setup of classes
• Assist with making sure all equipment and ingredients are available for class setup
• Record quantity of products used in the production of fresh produce
• Assisting customers in the boutique if and when required
• Assist with the cleaning of the Studio after classes take place
• Assisting with the recording of stock levels
• Assist with or complete when required the Cash up and banking of the boutique in the absence of Chocolate Advisor
