Job Description
Installation and configuration
Install and configure:
Set up CCTV systems, including cameras, monitors, and recording devices like DVRs and NVRs.Site surveys:
Conduct site surveys to determine the best camera placement for optimal coverage.Cable management:
Run and terminate network cables (like Cat5e/Cat6) and integrate systems with existing infrastructure.System setup:
Configure systems to meet client specifications, including setting up analytics like intrusion detection.Maintenance and repair
Routine maintenance:
Perform regular checks and maintenance on existing systems to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently.Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with hardware and software.Repairs and upgrades:
Repair malfunctioning equipment, replace faulty components, and perform system upgrades.Support and documentation
Technical support:
Provide technical support and training to end-users on system operation and maintenance.Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of installations, service activities, and maintenance logs.Client communication:
Collaborate with clients and other security teams to design and implement solutions.Compliance and safety
Safety standards:
Ensure that all installations and maintenance work comply with safety standards and regulations.Technology updates:
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in video surveillance.MUST HAVE OWN CAR
