Requirements:



Matric Valid South African Driver's License Able to do standby every other weekend Proficient in customer service and managing and supporting IT Installation and Technical issues Basic understanding of CCTV Systems, Access Control, Network cabling and infrastructure setup (routers, switches, modems, etc.) Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive experience for every client Good team worker and internal collaborator Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, processes, and tools Good time management and prioritization skills Experience working to SLA's Empathetic, Passionate, Collaborative and Results Focused

Key Responsibilities:



Cabling & Infrastructure Setup: Install and maintain network cabling, routers, switches, and other related hardware to support various services and internet connectivity. CCTV Installation & Maintenance: Install and configure CCTV installations for clients, ensuring all equipment functions optimally. Knowledge of Video Monitoring Systems (VM) will be advantageous. Access Control / Biometric Installations: Install and configure Biometric Installations, ensuring all equipment functions optimally. Perform system upgrades and repairs as needed. Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Provide on-site and remote technical support, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues related to IT systems and infrastructure. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by clearly explaining technical information to non-technical users. Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing service requests and resolving issues efficiently. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, maintenance, and repairs. Ensure all documentation is updated in company systems. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the service delivery team to ensure timely completion of installations and maintenance. Communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients.
