Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supplier Onboarding Admin - contract verification, capturing, coordinating with Finance, and following up sales.
Handling payment queries and back-office support.
QR Codes creation
Schedule Reports and Push Notifications
Assisting with vault onboarding and vetting
Other administrative tasks to ensure success of the cashless payment's portfolio
Requirements
Matric
2 years administrative experience
Admin Background
Good Computer literacy
Strong Excel skills
Behavioural Competencies
Self-Motivated and able to take ownership and Accountability
Focused on customer service
Able to take initiative and to resolve problems
Good Communicator
