Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and committed

Junior Camp Facilitators (18-25 years old)

who are passionate about working with youth and thrive in a high-energy, team-driven environment. As a Junior Facilitator, you'll support the camp's daily activities, build rapport with teens, and help bring the Genesis magic to life!

Key Responsibilities:

Actively lead and assist in running camp activities, team-building games, and adventure-based learning sessions. Bring consistent energy, positivity, and encouragement to all campers and fellow staff. Be spontaneous, fun-loving, and ready to jump into the moment--whether it's leading a cheer, a game, or a dance-off! Help ensure camper safety, especially in and around water-based activities--

strong swimming skills are essential.

Collaborate effectively with other facilitators and senior staff in a team-oriented environment. Set a strong example of integrity, kindness, and respect for all campers. Support logistics, mealtimes, check-ins, and general camp flow as required.

Requirements:

? Aged between 18-25
? Based in Cape Town
? Excellent swimmer and comfortable supervising water-based activities
? High energy, outgoing, and loves being active
? Passionate about working with teens and making a positive impact
? Able to work hard, stay focused, and remain dependable in a fast-paced setting
? Committed to teamwork, open communication, and showing up for others
? Loyal, responsible, and values-driven

Bonus Points For:

Previous experience working with youth (formal or informal) Background in drama, sport, outdoor adventure, or education First Aid certification

Pay: R8000,00 - R15000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
