Job Description
RPO Recruitment's client is looking for a Junior Buyer to join their team in Midrand, Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, managing master data and pricing, processing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to support business needs.Responsibilities:Process daily purchase orders and manage related procurement systemsTrack orders and delivery timelines, and communicate any delaysMonitor purchase orders against forecasts and stock requirementsResolve invoice discrepancies and supplier quality issuesMaintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal departmentsManage and complete buy-outs within agreed service levelsMaintain and update master data, pricing, and product details on the ERP systemEnsure accurate product listings, pricing, and images on the company websiteRequirements:Matric certificateDiploma or degree in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (advantageous)Minimum 2 years' procurement experienceProficient in MS Office and ERP systemsValid Code EC driver's license and own transportBenefits
