Junior Business Representative (sales & Marketing)

Job Description

This person will drive sales, manage customer relationships, handle admin and stock control, and deliver exceptional service to support the companys growth targets.
Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Admin: Open new accounts, monitor monthly sales via SAP, execute promotions, support route planning, and manage credit applications. Provide monthly feedback to management.
  • Stock Control: Coordinate with Warehouse, manage consignment stock, forecast and monitor stock levels, and support customer stock needs.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls, report risks, and follow operational procedures.
  • Customer Service: Maintain strong client relationships, resolve queries, deliver product training, and manage customer data and POS materials.
  • Cost Control: Monitor pricing, manage gross profit, control expenses, and report budget variances.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Certificate (NQF 5) or equivalent
  • 3+ years in a similar sales role, preferably in manufacturing
  • SAP, Salesforce, ERP systems, MS Office
