We are based in Southern Suburbs (Westlake Business Park) and looking for an administrator to join our team. Experience can be an advantage but the right person that is trainable and keen to learn is more important. Approach Administration is an administrative office that assists financial planners. We are a close and smallish team of 9 people.
Before applying, please ensure that you meet the following criteria:
minimum 3-5 years' experience in an administrative role
minimum qualification of a matric or equivalent to a matric certificate
you need to work well under pressure and be able to adapt to new challenges
you need to enjoy being efficient
a need to be challenged and learn every day
needs to be able to work in a team and also alone at times
good communication skills both over the phone and in email
fluent in English, Afrikaans would be an advantage
very comfortable on a keyboard
needs to be extremely computer literate (excel, word, google drive etc)
you need to enjoy to-do lists and completing tasks
focused on service and driven to help people
great time management skills
passionate about administration
confident and willing to take initiative
Advantageous
experience using ZOHO as a CRM system
experience within the financial industry
fluent in a second language
