Job Description
Our client, an accounting firm, is looking for a Junior Administration Clerk to join their team.
Candidates must reside in George, Western Cape.
Requirements:
- Eager, young, energetic lady with a passion for administration
- Completion of Grade 12
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Supporting data entry; filing; record-keeping activities
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, such as emails and phone calls.
- Coordinating meetings and appointments, including scheduling and preparing necessary materials.
- Assisting with basic accounting duties like invoicing and expense monitoring.
- Undertaking general office tasks like photocopying, scanning and faxing documents.
- Providing assistance to colleagues as required.
