Junior Accountant / Bookkeeper
Job Description
We have a great opportunity for a Junior Accountant / Bookkeeper with a Vehicle dealership in Mbombela.Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping and Record Keeping; Maintaining accurate financial records, including recording transactions, updating ledgers, and managing databases; Accounts Payable and Receivable: Processing invoices, managing payments, and ensuring accurate tracking of amounts owed to and by the company; Financial Reporting: Preparing financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements; Reconciliations: Reconciling bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy; Data Entry and Processing: Entering financial data into accounting software and ensuring accuracy of information.Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Accountant of Bookkeeper.
- Degree in Accounting or similar Diploma in Accountancy.
- Must have experience in motor industry and with vehicle dealership Accounting.
- Experience with automotive systems such as Autoline etc.
- Minimum of 4 yearsxe2x80x99 experience as Accountant.
- Numeracy accuracy and diligence, good computer skills. Attention to detail.
- Clear criminal record.
