Ensure that outstanding service is provided to BMG IT customers.
Work with users and manager to determine appropriate ERP system configuration.
Provide maintenance and support for relational and ERP database.
Design, maintain, and write reports for management and users.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Performing user acceptance testing.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Document and communicate the results of your investigations/work.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members.
Providing training and coaching to users.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of Kerridge and/or other ERP systems.
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Matric. Diploma an advantage.
A minimum of 2 years of experience IT support.
Good Telephone & Email communication skills.
Above average technical skills.
Excellent documentation skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A track record of following through on commitments.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
