It Support Engineer (level 2)

Job Description

As a Level 2 IT Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing technical support across desktop, server, and network environments. You'll troubleshoot and resolve issues, assist with installations, and ensure smooth operation of IT systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities



Deliver Level 2 support for desktop, server, and network-related issues Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to: Operating systems Software installations Office 365 VoIP systems Email configuration Mobile Device Management Malware/virus detection and removal Disaster recovery solutions Diagnose and support workstations and peripherals Accurately document all support activities in the CRM ticketing system Provide guidance and mentorship to Level 1 support agents

Requirements



2-3 years of experience as an IT Technician or in a similar support role Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical helpdesk or network administration role Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation Familiarity with common IT tools and platforms (Office 365, VoIP, MDM, etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R12000,00 - R15000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
