Job Description

Our client is seeking a skilled IT professional with expertise in infrastructure support, service management, and problem-solving. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing IT systems while ensuring seamless service delivery.
This position is ideal for candidates with strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused approach. You will work within a dynamic team, supporting IT operations and projects in alignment with ITIL best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• N+ Certification (Networking) required
• AWS, Azure, or ITIL certifications advantageous
• Minimum 5 years in IT support, infrastructure management, or service delivery
• Experience with IT Service Desk and ticketing systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft OS, Office 365, and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
• Knowledge of desktop imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with PC hardware, printers, and network devices

Key Responsibilities:
Service & Operations (RUN Domain):

• Provide IT support to end-users via the Service Desk, ensuring timely issue resolution
• Maintain network and telecommunications systems, including switches, routers, firewalls, WiFi, VPN, and video conferencing
• Administer servers (Windows/Linux/iSeries), backup solutions, and business applications
• Support end-user devices such as PCs, thin clients, printers, smartphones, and IoT devices
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, including ticketing, troubleshooting, monitoring (via Centreon), and reporting
• Manage IT inventory and hardware resources

Infrastructure & Projects (BUILD Domain):

• Assist in designing, planning, and implementing IT infrastructure upgrades
• Execute project plans in collaboration with teams and business stakeholders
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and knowledge transfer for new systems
• Ensure adherence to security policies and licensing agreements

Additional Duties:

• Provide after-hours and rotational support in a 24/7 operational environment
• Travel occasionally to company sites for IT projects, training, or implementations
• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with company policies
