Provide direct support to programme leadership--driving seamless coordination, governance, and reporting to enable high performance and delivery velocity.
Diary management and minutes of meetings
Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders regarding project progress
Matric / Grade 12
Accounting Qualification highly advantageous
5 Years IT & Finance Project Administration/Programme coordinationexperience, preferably in Financial Services / Insurance
Experience working in an Agile environment
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, financial modelling).
SAP, JIRA, Confluence, PPO, MS Teams, SharePoint.
Comfortable navigating emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, SaaS, PaaS).
