Want to be a part of our team? MS Engineer (L1) is responsible for providing a managed service to clients to ensure that their IT infrastructure and systems remain operational. Through the proactive monitoring, identifying, investigating and resolving of technical incidents and problems, the MS Engineer (L1) are able to restore service to clients. Their primary objective is to proactively review client requests or tickets and apply technical/process knowledge to resolve them without breaching service level agreement (SLA). The MS Engineer (L1) focuses on second line support for incidents and requests with medium level of complexity.

Are you ready to join our IT Field Support Engineer team?
As an IT Field Support Engineer, you'll work on a variety of projects and assist in the delivery of our IT Infrastructure & applications. You will be responsible for ensuring that all end-user devices are running smoothly.
You will also be tasked with managing network connectivity for your user base.
In this role, you will interact directly with clients to solve their technical issues as quickly as possible, measured against stringent Service Level Agreements.
In addition, you'll have access to several internal support tools such as Service Now for incident management & request fulfilment.
