Job Description
Desktop Support Engineer (Minimum 5 years helpdesk experience required)
Purpose of your role:
Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant environments software and support policies to provide accurate solutions to customers.
Provide (first/second/third) line helpdesk support to our customers.

Microsoft Windows Server , VMware and Linux Servers
Desktop & Laptop Support
MSP Office 365
Sophos Anti-Virus
Veeam & Acronis Backups
VoIP
Firewalls
Networking
Printers
CCTV
Qualifications:
Matric
Relevant IT qualifications
IT Glue experience (Advantageous)
