Requirements



A 3-year tertiary qualification in Information Systems and

Technology



Proficiency in MS Office package especially Excel Unemployed South African graduates below the age of 35

years who reside in Cape Town



Key Performance Areas



Checking the accuracy of details recorded on transactional

documentation and updating work-in-progress information/



data on specific applications and systems within the



department, including HR business systems.



Handling service requests as and when necessary to ensure

timely and accurate resolution of system- or user-related



queries.



Managing and modifying existing databases and database

management systems to maintain data integrity,



performance, and alignment with HR system requirements.



Conducting investigations, research, analysis, and reporting

to support system enhancements, business insights, and



continuous improvement within HR Business Systems.



Planning and organizing resources to support the rollout and

implementation of HR Business Systems projects, including



biometrics rollout and support.



Managing administrative activities, including the transcription

and analysis of qualitative data, and providing contract



administration support for HR Business Systems tenders



and related documentation.



Contributing to business systems projects involving

enhancements to the current SAP HR solution, and



researching future technologies in Human Capital



Management (HCM) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)



applications in HR.
