Job Description

Responsibilities:



1. HR Strategy and Planning



Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Oversee workforce planning and talent acquisition to ensure staffing needs are met.

- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

2. Recruitment and Selection



- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Develop and maintain recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

3. Employee Relations



- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct as necessary.

4. Training and Development



- Coordinate employee training and development programs.

- Identify training needs and develop training materials and resources.

- Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding processes.

5. Performance Management



- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.

- Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed.

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.

6. HR Administration



- Manage HRIS systems and ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.

- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements.

- Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics for management review.

7. Policy Development and Compliance



- Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

- Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures.

Qualifications



-Required Human Resources qualification.

- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.

- Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.

- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
