Role- IR officer

Location: Johannesburg

Salary: R35,000 PM

We are looking for HR/IR Manager to join their team in JH This rolBe is ideal for a strong IR professional with extensive experience in industrial relations, CCMA representation, and bargaining councils. The right candidate will play a key role in managing workplace relations, training teams on IR processes, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

Industrial Relations (IR): Handle workplace disputes, disciplinary hearings, grievances, and conflict resolution.

CCMA & Bargaining Council Representation: Represent the company in CCMA cases and bargaining council negotiations.

IR Training & Compliance: Conduct IR training for managers and staff, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Tool Training: Train teams on HR tools and systems to streamline processes.

Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with unions, employees, and management to maintain positive workplace relations.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of strong industrial relations (IR) experience.

Proven experience in CCMA representation and bargaining councils.

Experience in IR training and tool training.

Valid driver's license (travel may be required).

Strong knowledge of labour laws and retail industry dynamics.

Ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
