RPO Recruitment is currently seeking an Investment Specialist to join our client's team. As an Investment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and assessing investment opportunities that align with our clients' goals and objectives. With your expertise in financial analysis and market research, you will assist in developing investment strategies and provide innovative solutions to drive growth and maximize returns.

Responsibilities:

• Meet sales target
• Take responsibility for client presentations and proposals
• Develop business/sales plan and strategy
• Provide reports on activity to management
• Managing enquiries on products, systems and services
• Grow net flows to products and platforms
• Provide training and support to distribution network on all systems, processes, services, products and key business initiatives.
• Support the administration and client service departments
• Manage and drive flows and revenue
• Build and maintain external client relationships
• Build and maintain internal stakeholder relationships - business focused
• Ensure number and quality of sales activity

Requirements:

• A completed undergraduate Degree is essential (Finance/Investment Management/Economics, etc.)
• Post-Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning or studying towards an advantage
• A minimum of 3 yearsxc2xb4 relevant experience in in financial planning and/or wealth management distribution
• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans highly advantageous
• Solid competency with the Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel skills
