Role Purpose
To support investment operations by accurately processing transactions, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring timely reporting and compliance. This role enables operational efficiency and contributes to exceptional client experience.
Requirements
1 - 3 years' Investment administration experience
A Business Degree will be considered advantageous
Duties & Responsibilities
Operational Support
Assist the Head of Operations in driving operational efficiency.
Collaborate with the team to obtain new and updated client agreements
Support onboarding of new clients, including portfolio setup and tracker investment management.
Resolve and escalate client queries as needed.
Maintain platform administration processes and documentation.
Help remove administrative barriers to improve team productivity.
Data & Compliance Management:
Master Data Management (MDM) -Source, collate, and maintain portfolio and compliance data for reporting accuracy.
Maintain compliance registers and other required data logs.
Collaborate on client agreement updates and documentation.
Focus on main investment themes and risks with material impact of investment decisions (performance, risk, income) in a highly complex environment
Portfolio Administration:
Administer client portfolios, including amendments and additions via platforms.
Manage fund administration processes and liaise with fund managers.
Oversee portfolio change/rebalancing processes in collaboration with portfolio managers.
Reporting & Communication
Compile quarterly client reports in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and monthly fact sheets.
Distribute customised reports to clients.
Assist with the publication and distribution of finance and management reporting (AUM, portfolio/fund, fees).
Support client communications and contribute to a client-centric service culture.
Assist with CPD (continuous professional development) event accreditation and certificate distribution.
Brand & Relationship Building
Act as a brand ambassador for Momentum Investments and Equilibrium.
Build strong relationships and promote service excellence.
Assist with client communications.
