Job Description

Job Summary In this role, you would typically be responsible for accounting and financial reporting of investment portfolios, preparing NAVs, reconciling investment positions, and supporting both internal stakeholders and external auditors. The role offers exposure to a wide range of asset classes including equities, bonds, unit trusts, and alternative investments.
Job Experience & Skills Required:

BCom Accounting, Finance, or related qualification (CIMA/SAIPA/SAICA advantageous)
3-5 years' experience in investment accounting, asset management, or life insurance investment reporting
Strong understanding of financial instruments, market valuations, and performance reporting
Knowledge of IFRS, particularly IFRS 9, and fair value accounting principles
Experience with investment systems such as InvestOne, or similar platforms
Advanced Excel skills and strong reconciliation/reporting capabilities
