Wexe2x80x99re on the lookout for an experienced Inventory Controller to ensure that Stanger Mill requirements are met by effectively controlling stores inventory to meet the business needs.
As an Inventory Controller you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing, planning, and ensuring mill material requirements are met.
• Conducting planning, organising, and controlling of perpetual stock take.
• Ensuring effective stores management of spares, packing material, raw materials, rotables, capital goods and machine clothing to ensure 100% stock availability.
• Identifying and addressing potential stock problems, and ensure risks is mitigated.
• Monitoring abnormal demand, redundant and slow-moving stocks in order to ensure material optimisation.
• Ensuring that there is an effective quality control process for incoming material in place.
• Overseeing and controlling stores working capital and fixed costs budget.
• Leading and performance managing subbordinates.
• Understanding and managing SHEQ requirements of the section.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree or National Diploma in Procurement/ Stores / Materials Management
• 5 years relevant experience
• SAP MM experience
• Experience in the technical and/or manufacturing environment is advantageous
• The ability to work under pressure while following all procedures and standards
