Job Description


Inventory Controller Position available at our SilverLakes Branch.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Purchase Orders

  • Open, approve & close orders
  • Ensure to follow the admin order rules
  • Reversal & Corrections.
  • Purchase order system support.
  • Data extract and Processing.
  • Chase open orders daily.
Stock Management
  • Data extract and reporting.
  • Monitor stock take exceptions / Report.
  • Problem solving and system support.
  • Monitor stock levels on floor
  • Manage Trello Board. Add & remove vehicles.
Housekeeping and Expense Control
  • Manage manual order books.
  • Manage and order xe2x80x9cPromoxe2x80x9d, xe2x80x9cSoldxe2x80x9d, xe2x80x9cFinancexe2x80x9d, QC and xe2x80x9cDelivery readyxe2x80x9d stickers.
  • Arrange payment requisitions for service providers.

  • Must have mechanical background on vehicles

Further requirements:
  • Grade 12
Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • Minimum 3 years Inventory management experience
  • Technical/mechanical background advantageous
  • Previous motor industry experience
