Your responsibilities will include:
Making outbound calls to potential customers interested in insurance products
Following up on leads provided by the marketing team
Gathering customer information and understanding their insurance needs
Explaining basic insurance options and benefits to prospects
Recording customer details and call outcomes in our system
Meeting daily and weekly call targets
Transferring qualified leads to the sales team
Maintaining professional phone manner at all times
Following company scripts and compliance guidelines
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
At least 6 months of call centre experience
Strong communication skills over the phone
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Basic computer skills for data entry
Good listening skills to understand customer needs
Patience when dealing with different types of customers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn about insurance products
Reliable attendance and punctuality
