Lead Gen Specialist for Coaches (Remote) required in South Africa.
We're hiring a talented Lead Gen Specialist to generate leads and set up sales calls with renowned Business Coach Jamie Toyne.
Jamie runs a coaching program called 'Flowjo' where he helps burnt out entrepreneurs with ADHD master flow and scale their business faster, with less effort and more fun.
This role involves prospecting, list building, optimising outbound campaigns, building relationships via email and social media direct messages, managing our CRM, and setting appointments. You must be creative, proactive, tech-savvy, and highly organised.
Compensation:
Salary: $1000 USD/month + performance-based bonus commissions
Type of work: Full-time (remote)
Hours: 40 hours/week
Work schedule: Australian time zone - Must start at 6:00 AM, South African time

Key Responsibilities:
LIST BUILDING
Source qualified leads by using softwares such as Linkedin Sales Navigator.
Source qualified leads by manually searching online communities, social media platforms, and other search aggregator sites.
OUTREACH
Create and manage outbound drip campaigns using Dripify (Linkedin) and Convert Kit (Email).
Track performance and optimise drip campaign sequences using A/B testing (subject lines, tone, timing)
Build relationships with prospects through email and direct messages on social media platforms.
Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to improve quality and efficiency of emails and direct messages.
Like and comment on relevant social media posts.
Join relevant groups and communities, track relevant activity, and respond to comments on behalf of Jamie.
LEAD MANAGEMENT
Add, update, organise and maintain contacts and leads in CRM and other relevant platforms (PipeDrive, Convert Kit, Dripify).
Monitor leads in the CRM pipeline and set timely follow-up activities (both automated and manual).
Monitor inboxes (LinkedIn and Gmail) and respond to warm leads or escalate to Jamie when appropriate.
RELATIONSHIP BUILDING & APPOINTMENT SETTING
Gather intel on prospects by researching their public profile and asking them questions, to better understand their pain points and desires.
Identify the best strategy to engage and convert leads to sales call (e.g. send them helpful links and resources based on their needs)
Manage Jamie's calendar and set up appointments via Calendly.
Identify whether a lead is qualified enough to warrant a sales call.
Send appropriate Calendly links and confirm appointments.
Ensure calendar invites include context and prep notes.
Manage no-shows and follow-ups with polite, value-led messaging.
Fill out application forms on behalf of Jamie for podcast interviews, speaking opportunities, etc.
GENERAL ADMIN
Monitor and manage Jamie's inbox, replying on behalf of Jamie when appropriate.
Fill out weekly performance scorecards and send activity and reports.
Submit recorded video updates of your progress
Assist with data entry, removing stale leads from CRM, Dripify and Convert Kit.
Conduct customer or market research when requested.
Add successful message templates and comments to TextExpander.
Skills & Experience:
Based in South Africa, available full-time, able to start work at 6:00 AM SAST daily.
3+ years of experience in sales and lead generation.
Professional office setup (decent computer, webcam, fast-reliable internet with back-up connection)
Experience selling high-ticket service offerings ($10,000 USD+).
Strong persuasive writing skills with the ability to craft compelling sales copy.
Master at building relationships with people via email and direct messages.
Strong ability to quickly learn and mimic Jamie's tone of voice, mannerisms, style of speaking, etc.
Quick to learn new tools, systems, industry terms, etc.
Strong attention to detail, reliable, and consistent.
Self-sufficient, pro-active, and able to collaborate with the team asynchronously via email, direct messages and video recording updates.
Experience using software and automation to source leads and conduct outreach.
Proficient with using LLMs for optimising quality and efficiency of copywriting etc.
Proficient at using softwares like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dripify, Hubspot, PipeDrive, Mail Chimp, Gmail, ChatGPT, Claude, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, etc.
