Internship Opportunity For English Home Language Teaching

Job Description
There is an opportunity for an education student doing their PGCE in 2026 to intern at the same time at Westerford High School. Together with Epoch Optima (the funders of the internship), the School will assist the candidate in covering their academic course fees for 2026 as well as paying them a monthly stipend.
The successful candidate will:
Have English Home Language as one of their teaching subjects, Intend to teach in the GET and/or FET phases, Be keen to observe, learn and teach in a high school environment, Be willing to get involved in all aspects of school life.
Please note that an internship does not carry with it a guarentee of a job offer after the internship.
