SENIOR ENGLISH HOME LANGUAGE
teacher.This is a SGB position with effect from 1 January 2026.
Minimum Requirements
Appropriate teaching qualifications are essential. Candidates must have a minimum qualification of either a four-year BEd degree or a suitable degree with English and a PGCE. Thorough knowledge of CAPS. A minimum of
five years
English Home Language teaching Experience in teaching Grade 12 English Home Language. SACE Registration is essential.Duties and Responsibilities
Teaching, assessment, planning and preparation for all classes (Grade 8 -12). Tutor/Register teacher responsibilities. Must be involved in the extramural programme. * Will be responsible to fulfil all other reasonable duties required of a teacher.
