Job Description
Sample collection at abattoirs.
Receiving and cataloguing of samples in the laboratory.
Organizing and preparing samples.
Assists in the preparation of test reagents.
Performs microbiological, serological and molecular assays for the detection and identification of bacterial agents using well defined procedures.
Keeps records and makes reports on assignments received.
BSc Hons in Microbiology, Animal Health or related field.
Background knowledge of microbiology, serology and PCR.
Good interpersonal skills.
A driver's license will be an added advantage.
