Role: Intern / Business Growth Assistant

Location: Cape Town, though fully remote first year.

Type: Internship / Entry-Level

Reports to: Head of Growth

We're looking for someone who does what they say they will, is hungry to learn, and enjoys solving problems.

This role is perfect for someone who's curious about how businesses grow, loves improving systems, and wants real exposure to what makes companies profitable and scalable. You'll work directly with the Head of Growth across multiple companies under one holding group, meaning no two days will look the same.

You'll need excellent time management, adaptability, and a genuine interest in building things properly.

What you'll be doing:

You'll act as an assistant to the Head of Growth, helping build and improve the systems that drive revenue and growth across multiple businesses.

This includes:

Building and maintaining SEO systems for multiple companies and clients Assisting with outreach systems and lead generation Supporting paid advertising campaigns (setup, testing, optimisation) Helping build and refine sales systems and processes Researching better ways to do things and proposing improvements Supporting with data, reporting, and performance tracking Problem-solving operational and growth bottlenecks
