Job Description
Job Summary This position is for an award-winning luxury travel company that offers exceptional bespoke travel experiences internationally.
Candidate Requirements:
- A Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Travel is essential
- Personal experience traveling in Africa is ESSENTIAL
- Must have experience in the Sales and Luxury Tourism environment
- Africa DMC experience required
- Exposure to world-class sales management/transformation and digital e-commerce practices will be highly advantageous
- Must have extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management
- Will need to assist in the development and implementation of sales & marketing plans as needed
- Will need to conduct reviews with sales team members for continuous improvements
- Will need to maintain contact with Key Market clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Must demonstrate the ability to interact, cooperate and mentor employees
