We are looking for dynamic, professional, and customer-focused
Call Center Agents
to join our
international campaign team
. The ideal candidate must speak
fluent English with a neutral or international accent
, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to deliver outstanding customer service to clients from global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions for international clients
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
Follow call scripts and standard operating procedures
Maintain professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction
Meet daily and monthly performance targets (QA scores, AHT, CSAT, etc.)
Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in CRM systems
Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department or supervisor
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
Minimum Requirements:
Fluent English
(spoken and written) with a
neutral accent
Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
1 year call center experience (preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Flexibility to work international shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required
Basic computer literacy and typing skills
