:
A dynamic Marketing Coordinator is required to support the marketing team with administration and coordination of marketing and trade initiatives. This role plays a vital part in brand visibility and execution of campaigns.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration
2-3 years' experience in a similar marketing/admin role
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication, organisational, and planning skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Interest in wine and hospitality beneficial
Key Responsibilities:
Admin support to Brand and Trade Marketing teams
Coordinate marketing materials, documents, press kits, and promo stock
Assist in campaign planning, PR support, and event coordination
Manage wine competition entries and merchandise procurement
Maintain and update brand assets and product information portals
Liaise with sales team, international agents, and customers for trade support
Conduct research and assist with data collection for marketing insights
Represent the brand at selected events and shows
