What We're Looking For
- Matric / National Senior Certificate
- 3-5 years' experience in industrial sales
- SAP experience (essential)
- Salesforce or CRM experience
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & email
- Problem-solving ability & resilience
- Power transmission experience (advantageous)
- Handle customer enquiries and calls professionally
- Prepare quotations and process orders accurately
- Provide technical information to customers
- Monitor outstanding jobs and follow up with internal departments
- Log leads & support sales engineers
- Maintain accurate data, pricing integrity & reporting
- Assist with buy-outs, stock counts, and standby duties
