Internal Sales Representative
Job Description
Assist walk-in customers with product selection, quotations, and general inquiries
Provide expert advice on tile ranges, styles, and applications
Process sales orders accurately and ensure efficient customer service
Follow up on quotations and convert leads into sales
Maintain showroom displays and ensure merchandise is presented attractively
Build strong client relationships and promote repeat business
Liaise with warehouse and dispatch teams for product availability and delivery coordination
Meet monthly sales targets and report on activity to the Sales Manager
