Job Description
Key performance areas: Implement sales policies and strategy set by the sales manager Support the sales team to achieve targets every month Perform administrative duties such as take orders, capture orders on Pastel, and prepare report if requested. Keep customer profiles and sales figures up to date Professional telephone techniques, pleasant phone manners Clarify, determine and proper adjustment to complaints, inquiries Liaising closely with accounts, purchasing, and production and dispatch departments Remain up to date with sales information, stock availability, price strategies, and long term negotiated activity while keeping the team updated on all issues Attend weekly sales meeting Perform administrative duties such as take orders, capture orders on Pastel Evolution, and prepare reports, if requested Daily sales reports
Qualifications: Grade 12 Experience required: 5 years sales experience within a target driven environment Knowledge required: Market knowledge/research Computer knowledge - MS office applications and Sage Pastel Evolution system Building customer relationships The position requires a self-motivated person. Experience in essential oils/pharmaceutical background will be an advantage.
