Job Description
A well-established manufacturing company located on the East Rand is looking for Internal Sales Representative to join their team!
Minimum education: Matric
Minimum experience: 3 - 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience working in the manufacturing or engineering industry
Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:
Sales
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets
- Assist with filing invoices in numerical sequence in the invoice file (Entry type Details file)
- Counter customers
- Check stock in stores
- Intercompany stock request
- Invoice linking to pick slips
- Participate in monthly stock state
