Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:
Market Potential Analysis :
Assist in identifying growth opportunities by analyzing customer segments, regional trends, and product penetration.Master Data Management :
Support the maintenance and accuracy of customer and product master data to ensure seamless sales processes.Dealer Support :
Act as a liaison between internal teams and dealers, helping resolve queries, track orders, and ensure timely communication.Sales Campaign Execution :
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to roll out targeted campaigns aimed at improving hit rates and conversion.CRM & Reporting :
Help maintain CRM systems and generate reports to track sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and dealer engagement.Customer Segmentation :
Assist in refining customer segmentation models to enable more personalized and effective outreach.Process Improvement :
Identify inefficiencies in internal sales processes and propose solutions to enhance productivity and responsiveness.A diploma or degree (completed or in progress) in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Data Analytics
Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus
A passion for sales operations , market intelligence , and customer engagement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team
Curiosity to understand market dynamics and customer behavior
No experience required
